Yoga is an ancient discipline that acts on the body-mind system through meditation, breathing techniques and the maintenance of physical postures, in order to donate psychophysical wellbeing.

Scientific researches and evidence confirm how many children experience it in “every corner of the world” today. Yoga is relaxing and effective in improving posture, respiratory ability and prolonged attention.

Yoga for Children is a course addressed to children aged 3 to 6 (Forest Group) and 6 to 10 years old (Heroes and Heroines Group).
Lessons take place in a harmonious and peaceful space, it is advisable to dress children with comfortable clothes (e.g. tracksuit, T-shirt and non-slip socks). Children can also use a small towel to be placed on the supplied mat.
The duration of each lesson is 60 minutes, on a weekly basis (minimum 5 children).

Forest Group (3-6 years) – Starting on 23 September 2019, every Monday 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Yoga practices focused on nature, animals, etc., with subjects easily recognizable even by young children.
Heroes and Heroines Group (6-10 years) – Starting on 19 September, every Thrusday, 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm
Practices inspired by the Mahabharata and the main characters of the poem, in this group children will feel to become actors and free interpreters of ancient deeds…
