YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

Yoga is a discipline for personal growth that acts on the body-mind system and it is a philosophy of life. Physical postures, combined with breathing, involve the whole body:

  • they act on muscle toning and improve joint, spine and skeletal system flexibility;
  • positively affect the digestive, cardiovascular and respiratory system;
  • prevent and relieve stress-related discomfort (anxiety, mood disorders and insomnia …) by toning the parasympathetic system.

Are you a sportive person but with reduced flexibility?

Are you intrigued by this discipline but it scares you a little because you don’t know it?

Have you already attended some classes but felt a little disoriented?

Do you want to find a better body-mind balance?

Il Mondo YogaStudio has decided to carry out this course by addressing it to people who, like you, want to “take the first steps” on the mat, learn the basics of Yoga, building a long-lasting and safe practice over time.

At the end of this path, you will have acquired the body skills and cognitive tools to be able to take part in more advanced classes.

This course consists of 6 meetings and requires a constant yoga practice. For this reason, attendance is compulsory for the entire cycle and it is not possible to enter the course when it’s already started.

Every 6 weeks, a new cycle of 6 YOGA MEETINGS FOR BEGINNERS will be launched – with a minimum number of 5 students.
