Mindfulness is a path created by Jon Kabat Zinn for the reduction of psycho-physical suffering (stress) based on awareness.

The therapeutic and liberating power of this state of mental presence is increasingly at the center of scientific interest and research in psychotherapy, behavioral medicine and in the educational field.

Thanks to theobservation of body, breath and thought, we become more aware of how much we ourselves contribute to our suffering and how it is possible to change this condition.

The Mindfulness course, in our headquarters in Parma, is conducted by Anna Negri, psychologist and psychotherapist, A.I.M instructor of Mindfulness-based protocols since 2011, in 2015 ishe obtains an advancement MBI–TAC at Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice Bangor University, U.K.


Who is it for? The pathway is addressed to everyone and is particularly suitable for psychosomatic disorders, chronic pain, anxiety disorders, mood disorders and insomnia.
