02 Jul Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (M.B.S.R.) with the patronage of A.I.M Italian Association for Mindfulness
The programme has been structured according to the M.B.S.R.protocol:
- n. 8 Fridays from October 4 to November 29, 2019 6:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.;
- n. 1 intensive seminar on Sunday, November 24 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
- guided exercises to be done daily at home for a commitment of about 45 minutes for the whole duration of the course.
